Decent Homes Standard: Why 2035 Should Matter Today

✨ One of the highlights of my recent trip back to the U.S. 🇺🇸 was getting the opportunity to speak at Keller Williams Village Square Realty in Ridgewood, New Jersey.

My topic? Creating a YouTube channel to generate leads.

When I started my YouTube channel in 2019, I certainly didn’t have it all figured out. But over time, it has become an important part of how I share my knowledge of London🇬🇧 property, connect with people around the world 🌎and, ultimately, generate business.

That was really the message I wanted to leave with the agents in the room: it’s never too late to start.

You don’t need thousands of subscribers. You don’t need a perfect studio. And you definitely don’t need to become an “influencer.”

You need something useful to say, a willingness to show up consistently, and a genuine desire to serve the people you hope to work with.

For those of us in real estate, platforms like YouTube give us an incredible opportunity to demonstrate our expertise long before a potential client ever picks up the phone. Done well, content isn’t simply marketing — it’s service at scale.
