I recently spent the day filming at Park Modern, one of London’s most beautiful luxury developments, with its exceptional position directly opposite Hyde Park on Bayswater Road. And before you even step inside, the architecture makes an impression. I love the building’s beautiful, almost sensual silhouette — those sweeping, wave-like curves create a softness and fluidity that feels quite unexpected in the London streetscape. It’s contemporary architecture, but with real movement and elegance.💕 We toured several units including this beautiful 3 bedroom home with spectacular south-facing views across Kensington Gardens and the London skyline. The interiors are sophisticated and contemporary, with generous entertaining spaces, beautiful finishes and floor-to-ceiling glass that really makes the most of the setting. But Park Modern is about much more than the apartments themselves. Residents have access to an incredible collection of amenities, including a 25-metre swimming pool, gym, spa and treatment rooms, beauty salon, private cinema and business suite, alongside 24-hour security and concierge and valet parking. It really does have the feeling of five-star hotel living — but at home. And then there’s the location. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are quite literally on your doorstep, with Notting Hill, Kensington and Mayfair all within easy reach.
