How Can You Tell if a London Property Is Actually Good Value?
A trip to Ice Cream Union on Pavilion Road, tucked just off Sloane Square in Chelsea. 🍦 Judging by the queue, this place is one of London's worst-kept secrets. I wasn't sure a 15-minute wait would be worth it, but with the sun still out and the buzz in the air, it felt like exactly the right way to hold onto summer for a little longer. I went for the Coconut Chocolate Chip and it absolutely hit the spot. A perfect excuse to wander one of my favourite corners of London while the weather was still on my side. Sunshine, warm air, daylight until almost 10pm — and an evening in a hidden rose garden in Chelsea. St Mary's Cadogan opened its private garden after a concert by the Lowe Ensemble. Spanish Baroque, then Spanish tapas, paella and wine under the trees. All in support of the church's music programme and community outreach. Then, just as the night wound down, a rainbow. 🌈 London doesn't always give you the weather. But when it gives you a night like this, it really gives.
