A little more about this fabulous project.

Georgia, who was based in the US, found me on YouTube and reached out to me at the end of 2020, with our first meeting via Zoom in January 2021.

From there, we started her journey to introduce her to mortgage advisors and confirm her budget with her initial search starting in February 2021.

Due to travel restrictions, the search had to be paused until October 2021. We found this beautiful investment property, in need of work, in November 2021 when we made an offer under asking price at £895,000.

In February 2022 we completed and began co-ordinating decorative repairs and roof work.

After completing the works, we launched the stunning mews home for rent in May 2022 with over 30 applicants viewing the home, all organised by my team. With many offers and viewings, we were proud to have a new tenant moving in on 1st June 2022, at £3,200 per month. This helped my client start earning a return on her investment, with regular income, and a stunning property in London that she has managed by us.

It was such an incredible project, and one I am delighted to have been a part of. Ending with Georgia and I having dinner in London, with a beautiful Hermes scarf received as a thank you gift for the work I had done for her.
